Extra large 1BR LUXURY resort condo with MASSIVE outdoor space & balcony

Everything was wonderful. My only complaint is that the power was out for 32 hours. That definitely put a damper on our vacation. I asked if we would be compensated in anyway and the answer is no. I think even as a courtesy a refund for one night would be reasonable.

Sadly the property had very little customer service and no one at the front desk. The property had unfinished contruction on several floors and some of the valet/greaters didn’t even wait for a tip. The property is showing signs of wear and tear. Each unit has an approximate 2500 per month maintenance fee and 600 plus units That equals over 1.5 million dollars per month. We usually stay in Kapalua or Wailea and tried this property as we know friends who are property owners. We hope things change for the better.

We loved staying at this condo! The condo was so spacious and perfect for the three of us to have privacy and so much room to move. The huge patio and living area has a beautiful view of the mountains and we saw several rainbows. The bathroom was also spacious with a shower, bathtub, and two sinks. We also loved the property. It was beautifully landscaped and had so many pools to choose from! Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time at the Kaanapali condo. It was great to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler to use during the day. It was very clean and comfortable. We would love to come back.
